PlufDigital® Platform Terms of Use and Legal Rights

1. Intellectual Property and Copyrights: All visual designs, bento grid structures, methodology texts, brand identity elements, and the entire code structure, interfaces, and algorithmic systems of our proprietary software PlufApp® on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Oguz Online - Samettin Oğuz (PlufDigital), residing at Fidanlık Mah. Halk Sk. Onur Apt. No: 32 İç Kapı No: 5 Çankaya/Ankara, and registered with Tax Identification Number 6350056675. In case of partial or complete copying without written permission, copying of source codes for use in other projects, or adaptation into generic agency templates, legal proceedings will be pursued without compromise.

2. Service Structure and Limits of Liability: PlufDigital, as a "Growth House", provides high-level operational management in performance marketing, Shopify infrastructure engineering, and AI-based creative pipeline processes. Although platform optimizations and algorithmic engineering maneuvers are based on rational data, Oguz Online - Samettin Oğuz cannot be held directly responsible for global dashboard fluctuations arising from third-party algorithm changes implemented by digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).

3. Artificial Intelligence and Digital Icon Usage: All visual, video, and intellectual property rights of our digital icon model Tansy Emel Karaca, developed within PlufDigital and brought to life through our proprietary AI Creative Pipeline infrastructure, belong to Oguz Online - Samettin Oğuz. Unauthorized use, copying, or manipulation of this digital asset is subject to severe civil and criminal penalties under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 (FSEK) and intellectual property law.

4. Authorized Courts: In any legal disputes that may arise from these terms of use and the confidentiality agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply, and Ankara Courts and Execution Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
