Cup of Stars is a fashion-forward e-commerce brand with a mission to make timeless and elegant womenswear accessible to all style enthusiasts. Though the brand was already built on Shopify, its digital presence lacked freshness and strategic clarity. We introduced a series of UX-focused design improvements and began preparing a new theme that better captures the essence of the brand while supporting performance at scale.
Performance
Targeted Layout Enhancements: We streamlined key page structures to reduce friction and boost clarity across the user journey.
Conversion-Focused Adjustments: Product organization, call-to-action placements, and filtering options were refined to guide users more effectively toward purchase.
Theme Redesign In Progress: A new, visually aligned Shopify theme is being developed to elevate the brand’s digital identity and conversion performance.

Problem
When we began working with Cup of Stars, the brand was facing a significant drop in conversion rates. While its vision and product offering were strong, the existing website experience and ad strategy were not effectively converting new audiences.
